Build Your Own Mitzvah Guest Box - Ordering Details Below

Planning a Virtual Zoom Mitzvah and looking to send guest boxes to your friends and family near and far? Cutie Patootie Creations has been working with planning families across the nation during these uncertain times. We can send all of your guest boxes to your guests or just a few and then the rest to you for you to hand out or deliver locally. The possibilities for our guest boxes are endless. 

INFO TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING:

• We suggest ordering your boxes at least 6 weeks before your event. This will allow us time to order your products, get them in-house, assemble them and then you will want at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for the slow mail. It's better for your guests to receive your box a little earlier verse too late. 
• Our minimum order is 10 for our Mitzvah Guest Boxes (Please note that the Kippah companies charge us $12.00 for Kippah orders under 60 so if you order under 60 Kippahs for your total box order, we will invoice you a flat fee of $12.00 after you placing your box order
• We can ship all of your boxes or some of your boxes.
• If we are only shipping some of your boxes, then we will mail you all of the extra product once we ship your boxes. Many clients do this so they can deliver the extra products locally to their guests.
• When you place your order, we will email you an Excel Spreadsheet for you to fill in your guest names. Email that back to us only when it's final and not before. 
• Your box quantity and product quantity do not have to match. For example, we have many clients who order extra Kippahs and will send multiple Kippahs to guests. You will let us know which of these guests on the Excel Spreadsheet we send you as there is a column to the far right of your guest addresses asking which guests get what. (This will make more sense once you see the Excel Spreadsheet).
• Clients will often do the same as above with the candy and cookies especially if there are multiple family members in one household.

BOX PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Welcome Card - Printed on heavy card stock and measures 5.5" x 4.25"
• Invitations - Printed on heavy card stock and measures 5.5" x 8.5"
• Temple Programs - Printed on heavy card stock and measures 5.5" x 8.5". The front is considered the cover and when you flip it over is where the honors and descriptions are. We will email you a template & sample to follow after you place your order.
  
• Candy - We use peanut tree nut-free candy always. Our candy bag will vary from Skittles, Sour Patch, Starbursts, Mints, and other types of yummy candy. Let us know any special requests.
• Chocolate - Our Candy Bars come with a customized Label and is a full-sized Hershey Bar. We do not recommend ordering these during the summer months.
• Cookies - 3" Sugar Cookie with the design printed in frosting. They're delicious! 
• Popcorn - Yummy popcorn from our local vendor. The bag is 5"x7". 
• Havdalah Candle - 13" long and comes in Pink/White, Purple/White, or Blue/White. You can let us know what color in the box above or email it to us.
• Face Mask - White - Double Ply 100% Cotton - Measures 5" x 7" - Fits Teens to Adults (please note, every face and size is different, we can only provide material and measurements". However, we have sold thousands and our clients seem to really like them. 
• Kippahs - Traditional are like the ones you get at Temple. Deluxe is more structured and Suede is structured as well but is Suede.

BOX ORDERING PROCESS

• Enter the quantity in the boxes above for the products you would like.
• As we mentioned, the numbers do not have to match. You can order more of any item on the list and let us know on your Excel Spreadsheet who gets what.
• Add to your Cart - It is there that you will see your product quantities and total cost. 
• Be sure to add the Boxes and the Shipping (those should be the same quantity)
• Your Logo - If you have your own logo, email it to us at [email protected]
• Our Logo - If you are using one of our free logo designs or a simple font for your design, please indicate in the "personalization box" above OR email that information to us at [email protected]
• Once your order is placed, we will send you digital mockup designs to your email. 
• Once you approve your designs, we will produce the products. 
• We advise sending your boxes out 2-3 weeks before your event to allow for the snail mail that we often see depending on where you are shipping your boxes. 
• If you would like for us to ship them closer to your event, just let us know. 

We pride ourselves on our awesome presentation for your guest box. All of our guest boxes include gift wrapping and tons of sticker love.  These guest boxes are an amazing way to make your guests truly feel a part of your Simcha near and far.
