We also source vendors, manage communication and the budget, develop the floor plan, and build the timeline.

As the celebration approaches, we coordinate with your venue and vendor team. On event day, Stephanie and her team oversee setup, keep everything moving, and handle the unexpected so you and your family can be fully present. Partial Event Planning & Design

You’ve begun planning and have a vision for your celebration. CPC’s Partial Planning & Design gives you an experienced partner to refine your ideas, guide key decisions, and bring everything together in a way that feels unmistakably yours. Stephanie works with you on the design and décor, from the color palette and room layout to the florals, linens, lighting, lounge furniture, and personal touches. We can review décor proposals and help you make choices that suit your style and budget. We’ll also review your plans and create a floor plan and timeline that give the day a natural flow.

You remain hands-on with vendor selection, ongoing communication, and deadlines. As the event approaches, we coordinate final details with your venue and vendors. On event day, Stephanie and her team oversee setup, keep the celebration moving, and handle the unexpected so you and your family can enjoy it.

Month/Day-of Coordination & Event Management

You’ve planned your celebration and made the big decisions. Now you need an experienced team to bring it all together. CPC steps in approximately one month before your event to review your plans, confirm details with your venue and vendors, and create a timeline that keeps everyone on the same page.

Stephanie will walk through the logistics with you, identify any details that still need attention, and make sure your plans are ready to be carried out. On event day, she and her team oversee setup, guide the vendor team, keep the celebration on schedule, and handle the unexpected.

You’ve put so much thought into this day. Our job is to make sure you and your family can be present for it—enjoying your guests and every moment you worked so hard to create.
