Simple, yet elegant place cards and seating charts are perfect for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bat and bar mitzvah, business luncheon or any special event! Our folded place cards and sport ticket place cards are made of high quality, heavy grade stock and can be custom designed using your event logo or custom colors to match your theme. Seating Charts are made from high quality super thick durable foam board and can be propped on an easel that is provided for free by your venue. Any design you see on our website can be custom designed onto our place cards or seating boards.

Turnaround time is 3 weeks. Anything less than 3 weeks, please contact us to make sure we can accommodate you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Folded place cards measure 3.5" x 5" when folded and will stand up beautifully on any table.
  • Sport ticket place cards measure 2.5" x 5.5" are flat and can be inserted into lucite sport ticket holders or slipped into metal place card holder so that they will stand up on your seating table.
  • Seating chart board measures 24" x 36" and can be propped on an easel for easy viewing when your guests enter your venue. Most venues will have an easel that you can utilize. 

ORDERING PROCESS

  • Place your order for the item and amount needed.
  • Once your order is submitted, we will send an email to you with an excel spreadsheet for you to fill in with your guests name and table numbers.
  • When you are finished filling that info in, please email back to us. 
  • We will send a proof with one of your guests names. 
  • Once approved, we will print and ship.
  • Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. 
  • If you are purchasing a Sports Team Ticket or Seating Chart, please provide desired teams or players along with your names and table numbers.
CUSTOM DESIGNS FROM SCRATCH
  • If we are creating you a brand new design, please call or email to discuss design to make sure your requests can be met.
  • Once we agree and are on the same page for design, please purchase item and quantity needed. 
  • We will email you an excel spreadsheet for you to fill in your guests names, tables numbers, teams, players, whatever is applicable.
  • We will create the design and email to you for your approval.
  • Once approved, we will create, print and ship!
