WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
We sell all of our items a la carte.
  • Invitations - $2.00
  • RSVP Cards - $1.50
  • Party/Celebration Card - $1.50
  • Information Card/Hotel/Bus Card - $1.50 
  • Return Addressing for Invitation Envelopes - .50 cents
  • Guest Addressing for Invitation Envelopes - .75 cents
  • Reply Addressing for RSVP Envelopes - .50 cents
  • Return Addressing for Thank You Card Envelopes - .50 cents
  • Glitter or Shimmer Layer for Invitations - $3.00
THE PROCESS (please read entire process)
  • Choose your design
  • Place your order for the items you need (invitations, envelope addressing, rsvp cards, celebration cards, etc).
  • E-Mail your wording, hebrew name and any color changes, to cutiepatootiesnc@gmail.com exactly as you wish for them to appear on ALL cards either in an email, word doc or google doc so that we can copy and paste directly into the invitations and coordinating cards. 
  • If we are doing your guest addresses, once your order is submitted, we will immediately send you an excel spreadsheet for you to fill in your guest names. While you are filling in your guest addresses, we will be working on your proofs so you will have a few days to gather that guest information and enter the addresses into your excel spreadsheet. 
  • We will start sending your proofs for your review within 2 business days of placing your order. 
  • Once all changes are made, we will send you an email called "FINAL PROOFS" which will include proofs for all cards.
  • Once you approve your order for print, your order will go into production for 2-3 business days.
  • Once your order is "shipped", please allow 2-5 business days to receive. Your order will arrive via Fed Ex. 
ENVELOPE ADDRESSING 
  • We offer Guest addressing for your invitations. We will email you an excel spreadsheet for you to fill in once your order is placed. 
  • We offer return addressing for your Invitations, RSVP Card and Thank You Notes. 
  • IMPORTANT - Do NOT send us your Excel Spreadsheet UNTIL all addresses are entered and finalized. The envelopes are printed using exactly what is on the Excel file you send us, so be sure to follow along with our sample shown on the Excel file. If you have any questions or confusion, please ask. The envelopes print with exactly what is shown on the Excel file. If you leave blanks columns, the envelopes will print blank. 
QUALITY OF OUR PAPERS
  • Our customers LOVE our paper quality! We use a nice heavy cardstock. Most online companies use "thinner paper" as their signature stock. Our paper is elegant, clean and makes a beautiful statement.  Be sure to order a sample paper pack to touch/feel the amazing quality of our paper. PLEASE NOTE - We do NOT customize sample paper packs. 
  • Matte Finish - 120lb - Our signature cardstock which is included within our standard invitation pricing shown on our site. This paper is clean and elegant and prints our colors beautifully. 
  • Shimmer Finish - 110lb - Very popular for Mitzvahs and Weddings. Nice metallic finish and prints color gorgeous. We charge 1.00 extra per card for this paper. 
  • Double thick cardstock - 240lb - Our newest paper that we carry in our Eggshell finish. This paper is like cardboard. We charge 1.00 extra per card for this paper. 
DESIGN CREATED FROM SCRATCH - Have a design in mind? Let us make your vision come to life!
  • E-mail or call us to discuss your ideas
  • Once we speak and agree on a design, we will require a $150.00 deposit "per card". This deposit will be applied towards your final order. 
  • E-mail us your wording. We do not add hebrew lettering until after the "final order" is placed. 
  • We will send your custom design within 48 hours.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURN POLICY
  • Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority.  We have a terrific reputation and take great pride in our quality work, one of a kind designs, attention to detail, quick turnaround and attentive customer service. We want you to be happy! This is a major event in the lives of your family and friends. 
  • Due to the fact that these items are personalized, customized and we send so many proofs plus a final email proof, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all wording is entered and spelled correctly, Excel spreadsheets do not have any spelling errors, etc as we do not accept returns or exchanges. HOWEVER, if a mistake happens on our part (which rarely does BUT we are all human), your order will be re-printed and re-sent out immediately. 
COLORS, PATTERNS AND FONTS
  • FONTS - Most of our fonts can be downloaded for free via dafont.com. If you are wanting to change your invitation font, we suggest you download the font and change it in your Word or Google doc as you are typing up your wording so you can see what it will look like before submitting your order to us. 
  • COLORS - All text, borders and solid backgrounds can be customized with any color shown on our color chart.
  • PATTERNS - Almost all of our patterns can be ordered in the colors shown below. The only patterns that you will need to check with us first on are our confetti patterns.
