Questions about our Party Invitations and Decorations

Q. How do you sell your Invitations & Decorations?

A. PRINTED - We personalize card, send you a proofs for approval, once approved, we print on heavy card stock and ship WITH envelopes. 
B. PRINTABLE - We personalize all cards, email you proofs for approval. Once approved, you use those emailed digital files for printing.

(PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer anything in our Mitzvah category as printable files). 

Q. I've never printed my own invitations/decor before. How does it work?

A. Super easy!!! Think of it as if you're printing a photo. We send all files in JPEG format. You can print at any office supply (staples, office max) or any photo lab (costco, walmart, target)

Q. Can I make changes once I see the proof?

A. We allow up to 2 text changes. We charge 5.00 per change after 2. If we make an error, that is not included within your 2 changes. 

Q. What size are your Invitations and Thank You Cards?

A. Invitations are sent as 5x7 unless 4x6 is requested. Our Thank You Cards are 4x6.

Q. How do I get it to the printer?

A. You can save our file onto a flash drive, disk or upload online. 

Q. Where do I purchase envelopes for my "Printable Invitations"? 

A. If you have purchased "printed" invitations, we send envelopes with your order. If you are purchasing "print your own" then envelopes for our Invites and Thank Yous can be purchased at any Office Supply, Craft Store (Micheals, Joannes, etc) or any Walmart or Target. 

Q. Can I have Cutie Patooties print for me? 

A. Yes!!! We provide Printing Services for all of our Party Invitations and Decorations.  We use heavy duty card stock and provide envelopes with all orders. We use the highest quality materials for our stickers, water bottle labels, banners, etc. Each listing shows our printing quantities and pricing for each item we sell. 

Q. Can I change the wording on your Invitations and use my wording?

A. ABSOLUTELY we welcome your creative wording. Ours is just a sample.

Q. I see the Invitation I want but I don't see the matching decorations on your site. How can I view those?

A. We are always updating our site so if there is a design you see and you'd like to view the matching decorations, just email us at and we'll email you some samples.

Q. How do I assemble the decorations?

A. Feel free to view our Printing and Assembly page located at the top of our Homepage for assembly tips and tricks. 

Q. I see an Invitation I like but I'd like to add a photo. Is this possible?

A. Yes you can add a photo to any of our Invitations.

Q. How do I get the photo to you?

Q. I see an Invitation I like but I'd like to add a sibling, change the hair color, change the skin color, etc. Can this be done?

A. YES, absolutely!!! We change hair, skin color and siblings at no extra charge.

Q. How soon can I get my Invitations and Decorations?

A. Our turnaround time for our Printable Invitations and Decorations is within 48 hours. We do offer a RUSH same day order option. 

Questions about our Personalized TShirts & Onesies

Q. What sizes do you carry?
A. We carry pretty much all sizes but please be sure to view our Size Chart.

Q. Do you carry short and long sleeves?
A. Yes

Q. What material are your shirts made out of?

A. We are extremely picky about the quality of our shirts. We use only 100% super soft pima cotton.

Q. How do your shirts run?

A. They run average and the run nice. They do not run wide or boxy. As stated above, it's up to you to view our Size Chart. We work hard to make sure our measurements are pretty exact.

Q. Do you carry colored TShirts?

A. We do not at this time. 

Q. Do you carry Adult sizes?

A. Yes we carry all sizes in Adult

Q. Are your shirts embroidered?

A. NO, our T-Shirt and Pillow Case designs are applied with a commercial grade heat press. We guarantee our items to not fade, chip, run in the wash, peel, etc. 

Q. What is your turnaround time for T-Shirts and Onesies?

A. 5 -10 days is what we generally say just to be safe but we do ship every Tuesday and Friday. We use Priority Flat Rate Mail Envelopes for all orders.  However, we do offer RUSH shipping for an additional charge.

A. Due to the fact that our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns.
